The arena opens two hours before the game via entrance 7. Other entrances open one hour before. After the game has started, all entry is through entrance 1.

We recommend fans of the away team to sit in section J Left & L Right.

Due to the heightened security level, all visitors will be searched, and bags will be inspected at the entrance. No bags are allowed in the arena (diaper bags and bags for medical reasons are permitted).

Upon request, please show your ticket to the attendants. If photographing the ticket, the entire ticket must be visible, not just the barcode. Entry may be denied if the ticket is improperly photographed. TIP! Download your ticket to the wallet (or equivalent app).

Booster seats for the little ones are available for loan at the souvenir shop. Children under 3 are allowed to sit on an adult's lap. Children up to seven years old enter free in the standing section when accompanied by an adult.
